Update to bloonix-server-1.48, Bug in Archiver

There’s a bug that prevents new partitions from being created for the metrics archive. This issue is fixed starting with bloonix-server version 1.48.

The error appears in the logfile with the following message:

ValueError: time data '2025-13-01 00:00:00' does not match format '%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S'
